Account Maintenance
If you have an account with us you can change your details at any
time using the [Account Maintenance] page.
This page shows all your current account information including your
name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. (Note that for
security reasons your password is not displayed on-screen).
You can change any of these details by simply entering and submitting
new details. Please note though: If you have items in your shopping
basket and change your email address and/or your password the shopping
basket will automatically be emptied for security reasons, as in effect
you are opening a new account.
However, simple changes to your name, address or telephone number
will not effect the contents of your shopping basket, although you
will need to login again for any changes to take effect.
Please note that your account address should always be your home address.
If you would like a particular order to be sent to a different address,
you can change this by clicking on "Change Delivery Address" in your
shopping basket. Please note that it is your account address and not
delivery address which is displayed at the checkout stage.
Forgotten your Password?
If you forget your password, help is at hand. Just click on the "My
Account" link found at the top of every page, select "Login" and then
"Forgotten your Password?" and follow the on screen instructions.
