1. Acceptance of Your Order
We must receive payment of the price for the books and the
delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right
to restrict the number of books you may order. We will confirm acceptance
of your order by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you
provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order creates a
binding contract between us.
2. Prices
Our prices are set out in our website and are inclusive of UK rated
VAT (please see section on VAT in our
How to Order section for further information). Prices remain in force
until we publish new prices in our website. Delivery charges apply.
These are added automatically to your order dependent on the delivery
address you have supplied and the number of books you have ordered.
3. Availability
All orders are subject to availability of books. If we are
unable to deliver books ordered by you we will notify you by e-mail
and credit the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable books
to your credit/debit card within 30 days of your order unless you
agree to a longer period.
4. Delivery
Our aim is to get your orders to you within 3 working days from date
of order (for orders within the UK) and within 7 working days from
date of order (for orders outside the UK) but please allow up to 28
days for delivery of your order. Please note that if payment is being
made by cheque, orders will not be despatched until the cheque has
been cleared.
We will deliver books ordered by you to the delivery address stated
on your order form.
Please note that for deliveries within the UK,
parcels will have to be signed for, so please ensure you enter a delivery
address at which you will be available during the day, Monday to Friday.
You will not become the owner of the books until they have been delivered
to you, at which time they will also become your risk and we will
not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.

possession and take reasonable care of them.
