Delivery Charges Delivery charges are automatically calculated and clearly shown as you add each item to your Shopping Basket. Our charges vary depending on the delivery address of each order. Please see below a summary of our delivery charges by region:- Charges for Deliveries within the United Kingdom £5.95 for 1 - 3 books £11.90 (i.e £5.95 x 2) for 4 - 6 books £17.85 (i.e £5.95 x 3)for 7 - 9 books Charges for Deliveries to Countries within Europe £5.95 per book Charges for Deliveries to Rest of World £9.95 per book * SPECIAL NOTE- Delivery Charges for Marine Fish Families Bookset UK: £5.95 per Bookset Europe: £12 per Bookset Rest of World: £25 per Bookset * SPECIAL NOTE- Delivery Charges for Corals of the World UK: Free Postage Europe: £20 per Bookset Rest of World: £30 per Bookset * SPECIAL NOTE- Delivery Charges for World Atlas of Marine Fish UK: £5.95 per Book Europe: £12 per Book Rest of World: £25 per Book Our delivery charges include packaging, handling and postal costs. Delivery Information Delivery times vary from one geographical zone to another. We currently deliver using a courier service for addresses in the UK and Royal Mail's Airmail service for all other countries. Our aim is to get your orders to you within 3 working days from date of order (for orders within the UK) and within 7 working days from date of order (for orders outside the UK) but please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. Please note that if payment is being made by cheque, orders will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. We will deliver books ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. Please note that for deliveries within the UK, parcels will have to be signed for, so please ensure you enter a delivery address at which you will be available during the day, Monday to Friday. You will not become the owner of the books until they have been delivered to you, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them. Delivery Address If you would like an order to be delivered to an address other than your account address, you can change this by clicking on "Change Delivery Address" in your shopping basket. Once address has been changed, the new delivery address will be displayed on the shopping basket screen so please check that the details are correct. Please note that it is your account address and not delivery address which is displayed at the checkout stage. |
